FAQ Orders

Full Price Orders that ship FREE are available for store credit only minus the shipping charge of the free shipped order and must be done within 3 days of delivery confirmation. You the customer are responsible for return shipping and the cost of shipping for the exchanged item. Please note, swim, sale items and discounted items with a sale code are FINAL SALE. Sale Items or Discounted Items (where a coupon is used) are Final Sale and can not be exchanged. Christmas/ Holiday items are final sale and can not be returned.

Orders may not be cancelled or modified after checkout.

If you are unsure of your size , style or color of an item please contact us before placing your order.

Contact Us for Return Shipping Address for your exchange. Reminder, you are responsible for return shipping charges (please provide a tracking number before returning) on any exchange. Exchange request must be done within 5 days of delivery confirmation. A gift card will be issued and will expire within 6 months of original order date. Items that are discounted or a coupon is used, are final sale.

FAQ Shipping

All orders ship USPS or FedEX. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery once your order has shipped. We offer Priority Shipping and Express shipping as well, please contact us.

Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or UPS will be responsible once we ship the package and the package shows
delivered.

Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.

Please make sure you entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by you. If the item is shipped back to us, you will be responsible for shipping charges to ship to your correct address.

We do NOT ship international. Any international order placed, will be cancelled.
